Biologika Srl is an innovative company founded in 2014, operating in the fields of biotechnology and regenerative medicine, with its head office in Naples, Italy. The company is the exclusive distributor in Italy of products based on the innovative patented technology developed by Human Med, supported by a network of direct sales agents and regional distributors throughout the country. Biologika builds on the long-standing experience of the German company Human Med, which operates worldwide in approximately 40 countries with its unique and exclusive WAL (Water Assisted Liposuction) technology. This advanced technology enables the atraumatic harvesting of adipose tissue, its processing, and its use for autologous applications across various surgical specialties. Human Med collaborates with leading research centers and internationally recognized medical professionals who have been working for many years in the fields of plastic, orthopedic, vascular, and aesthetic surgery.
We are a German company at the forefront of medical technology device manufacturing, with an in-house team of design engineers, and a leader in water-assisted liposuction and autologous fat transfer (WAL) technology. As a world leader in the production of water-assisted liposuction devices, consumables, and accessories for autologous adipose cell transfer, our company boasts over 20 years of experience developing and manufacturing products in the field of water-jet surgical dissection (hydrodissection), thanks to our own research and development department. Human Med holds numerous patents. The state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern co-funds Human Med's research and development activities, through which our company has developed innovative products such as Q-graft®, to name just one. We distribute our products, manufactured entirely in Germany, through a far-reaching global network of certified distribution partners. Close interaction with our customers and distribution partners is a distinctive feature of our company and one of the reasons we are able to identify innovation potential and market needs. Our response: improving existing products and developing new ones. As the successor to Andreas Pein Medizintechnik GmbH, Human Med AG was founded on March 5, 2004. Its headquarters are located in Schwerin, in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region of northern Germany.
